Our Instructors

Nick brings over 25 years of golf experience, including a decade competing at a high level. He founded Nicky B Golf Academy in 2023 and spent more than three years as a Lead Coach for The First Tee, serving thousands of students in Orange County and making a lasting impact both on and off the course.

He also co-led one of Orange County’s fastest‑growing junior golf programs, partnering with fellow David L Baker instructor Jonny Strang in 2024 to build elite PGA Junior League and PGA Camp experiences. In just two years, the program expanded to seasonal 32‑player 17u and 13u leagues offered year-round, six weeks of summer camps, and seasonal camps — culminating in David L Baker’s first-ever PGA Junior League All-Star team in 2026.

In 2026, Nick went all-in on his instruction business. What began with zero students just three years earlier has grown to more than 200 golfers ranging from beginners to elite amateurs.

Driven by a passion for helping others and a deep understanding of the golf swing, Nick is committed to guiding every golfer toward achieving — and surpassing — their goals.
